Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. As a vital member of our team, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of food and beverage service, cleanliness, and overall customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables
- Provide recommendations on food and beverage options, based on guest preferences
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and presentable at all times
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role or customer service-oriented environment is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures
- A positive and friendly attitude towards guests and team members
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Salary**: $20.33 - $49.26 per hour
