**EMPLOYEE RELATIONS COORDINATOR - EMPLOYEE RELATIONS**

As our Employee Relations Coordinator, reporting to the Employee Relations Consultancy Manager, you will play a key role in providing guidance and administrative support to the team and our business stakeholders on employee-related cases.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in kickstarting their career in Human Resources and/or Employee Relations and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

**A few of your responsibilities**
- Provide support and advice to leaders on low-risk Employee Relations (ER) matters concerning team members including Probationary Periods, Abandonment of Employment, Flexible Work Applications and Performance Improvement Plans.
- Provide initial advice to leaders on low-risk and low-complex non-work-related injuries/illnesses.
- Coordinate the ER Compliance program of work and associated administration delivery.
- Provide administrative support to the wider ER Team; preparing meeting notes, taking minutes, and collating documentation, as required.

**What we are looking for**
- Undergraduate degree in HR or a related discipline.
- Entry-level HR experience in a mid to large-sized organisation.
- Experience in coordinating a range of administrative HR functions and across multiple locations and functions.
- Experience working in service industries and fast-paced dynamic workplaces.
- Comprehensive skills/knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

You are a diligent individual with a keen passion in Human Resources with working knowledge of The Star Entertainment and basic discipline theory. This role will suit those who enjoy high-volume and consistent administrative work. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of the strategic vision of our Employee Relations team’s sensitive case management at The Star. Join us in making a difference.
