The Revenue team at Shootsta are the cornerstone of new revenue and growth. We are focused and accountable for growing the business by fostering and developing relationships with prospects, customers, suppliers and other partners. We also work with the Product team to effectively position and communicate the benefits and impact Shootsta’s technology and services have on our clients.

**Who You Are & What You’ll Do**:
As an SDR in the Revenue team, you are an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

**What You Will Focus On**:

- Identify new accounts and qualify new outbound and inbound sales opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance, improve lead qualification, and lead scoring.
- Develop, test, and iterate outbound campaigns to drive new outbound opportunities using sequencing tool such as HubSpot.
- Partner closely with Sales to strategically penetrate key accounts.
- Keep detailed notes of activities and ensure data cleanliness in HubSpot.
- Represent the company and educate prospects at trade shows, conferences, and private events

**What you bring**:

- At least one year of BDR/SDR experience with SaaS, media, video or similar businesses.
- Familiarity with prospecting tools such as HubSpot, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator or similar
- Excellent English; written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable talking to senior leaders and making meetings happen
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload
- Driven to surpass goals and hit targets
- Ability to easily understand and pitch new products and technology, focusing on value prop.
- Naturally curious and an eagerness to learn
- Ability to quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
