This role is a **part-time position.**

**The role**:
**Snooze Hoppers Crossing **is seeking a passionate communicator who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing an extraordinary customer experience.

In this role, you can expect approximately 25 to 30 hours per week, which will vary and include regular weekends and public holidays where required.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Working harmoniously in a small team, as well as on your own
- Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations
- Building relationships with our customers
- Driving sales by delivering exceptional customer service

**Skills and experience**:

- Retail experience in selling big ticket items is preferred, but not essential
- You know how to demonstrate exceptionally high standards of customer service
- Confident and professional communication skills are a must
- Computer knowledge is beneficial (experience with Pronto an advantage)
- The desire to achieve sales targets and KPI's
- The necessary fitness to walk the floor and carry stock safely, as required
