Fencer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install a variety of fencing types including timber, colorbond, steel, chain-link, pool, and security fencing
- Accurately measure and mark out fence lines
- Dig post holes and set posts in concrete
- Install fence panels, gates, and hardware with precision
- Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret site plans and drawings
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
- Communicate clearly with team members, site supervisors, and clients
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and deliver effective solutions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2+ years of fencing experience** (essential)
- Proven ability to install various types of fencing to a high standard
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Current driver’s licence (essential)
- White Card or Construction Induction Card (required)
- Ability to lead or train junior staff is a bonus
- Own tools and transport preferred but not essential
