Medical Receptionist

We are looking for someone who ideally has experience in medical administration/receptionist. You will work closely with the Administration and Practice Manager working on front reception and your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Answering calls and greeting customers as they enter and checking them in
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Collecting and entering patient details into software
- Scanning referrals and results into software
- Placing orders
- Administrative assistance to practice manager and specialists teams
- Billing medicare and receiving and processing payments
- Experience in Genie/Gentu Software is strongly desired
- Experience with medicare billing is strongly desired
- Experience in Viewpoint Software desirable
- Experience in a radiology/ultrasound practice is strongly desirable
- Working across both sites
