We’re launching a **high-energy, quality-driven** smash burger concept focused on **great food, efficient operations, and an outstanding customer experience**. Our goal is to build a **tight-knit, supportive team** that takes pride in delivering **simple food, done exceptionally well**—every time.

**The Role**

As **Store Manager**, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations—**leading the team, working the line, managing service flow, and overseeing stock and suppliers**. Running a **high-volume, 12-seat smash burger kitchen focused on takeout and delivery**, you’ll thrive in a **fast, loud, and energetic** environment. You’ll balance **structure with adaptability**, ensuring systems run smoothly while continuously improving them. This is a great opportunity for a **chef or experienced cook** ready to **train a team, manage operations, and take on more responsibility** as the brand grows.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Store Operations & Team Leadership**
- Lead the daily running of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and support a small team of 2-3 staff per shift.
- Oversee the onboarding, training, and development of new employees.
- Foster a positive, customer-focused team culture where everyone feels valued.
- Step into any role when required—from working the grill to handling customer inquiries.
- Operate different stations in the store, including grill, fryer, and cold station.

**2. Customer Experience & Service**
- Ensure every guest interaction is friendly, efficient, and professional.
- Encourage staff to engage with customers (e.g., greeting upon entry/exit).
- Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and problem-solving.

**3. Operations & Troubleshooting**
- Oversee POS and order management systems, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

**4. Administrative & Financial Responsibilities**
- Support payroll processing and staff scheduling.
- Monitor key performance metrics, including sales and cost efficiencies.
- Implement and maintain training manuals, processes, and reporting systems.

**What We’re Looking ForExperience & Skills**
- Experience in cooking and operating various kitchen stations, including grill, fryer, and cold station.
- Previous experience in hospitality, QSR, or a fast-paced food service environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Comfortable with basic tech troubleshooting (POS, internet, payroll systems).
- Ability to adapt and problem-solve on the go.
- Strong communication skills—both with customers and team members.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.90 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
