Ventia is seeking a Civil Supervisor to join their Queensland Regional Transport Team, delivering high-quality road and pavement construction projects. This is a permanent position with projects covering the Gold Coast and Scenic Rim area.**

**About the Role**
As the Civil Supervisor you will lead site-level operations, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency across multiple road maintenance projects. You will work with project engineers, superintendents and TMR representatives to deliver outcomes that enhance community safety, environmental sustainability and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage site teams to deliver civil construction activities safely and efficiently
- Drive a strong safety culture through active participation in HSEQ initiatives
- Monitoring and analysing time and resource utilisation including materials in line programme and budgets and ensuing cost/value analysis is undertaken on jobs and activities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including TMR, subcontractors, Emergency Services and Traffic Management Centre
- Understanding TMR needs and adapting site delivery to ensure a balance is maintained between immediate client concerns and works to plan
- Conduct toolbox talks, plan and prioritise daily works and manage IR/HR matters for your team

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Cert IV in Civil Construction (mandatory)
- Cert IV Training & Assessing (desirable)
- Solid experience with TMR, TIC works and sound experience in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of TMR specifications and traffic management
- Proven leadership, planning and communication skills
- Current drivers licence and a construction white card
