**The Role**

Sniffers Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate **Scheduler / Allocator** to join our team based at Stapylton, for an immediate start.

You will be expected to be a leader and set high standards for safety, quality and customer service and be responsible for the safe and efficient operations of the company.

Your background will be in either construction, transport, recycling, waste management or quarrying industries with experience in allocations and having a strong understanding of operational requirements such as work scheduling and maintenance of mobile plant and equipment.

The role will have you overseeing the allocations of the equipment and operators for the company.

This opportunity is a full-time salary package position, leading to advancement opportunities for the right individual.

**IMMEDIATE START**

**Key responsibilities**
- Optimisation of machine/operators utilisation.
- Being a pivotal part of the transition towards Civil Works and leading the way for new systems to support this.
- Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal team leaders/supervisors and problem-solving as required.
- Managing and using our paperless system Upvise.
- Administration works as required.

**To be considered for this role, your qualifications and attributes will include**:

- Experience in Civil Construction, or Wet/Dry Plant Hire preferred.
- Ability to liaise with customers and clients, and staff of all levels.
- Must have 1+ years experience in a similar role.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as computers in general, with the ability to learn new systems as required.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Proficient in contacting subcontractors and suppliers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
