**About the role**
As a Team leader across the North Coast based out of our Lismore Hub, your key focus areas will be:
- Clear and focused leadership of your **multi-disciplinary team** of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Support Coordinators
- Leadership in NDIS compliance matters as directed by your manager & internal stakeholders
- You will be an integral part of our Area Management Team, with full support of your manager and peers to guide you.
**Skills and Experience**
Ideally you will be a Team Leader with:
- Track record of improving client outcomes in disability services and desire to provide high quality services to clients directly
- The ability to build and manage the performance of an engaged, high performing multi-disciplinary team
- Good management skills including troubleshooting, managing multiple deadlines and conflict resolution
- Pragmatic approach to problem solving, decision making and balancing priorities
- Working in a collaborative, cross functional way with teams, peers, and stakeholders to achieve outcomes
