- ** Flexible Friendly** organisation offers **Part time** role as Team Leader (2.5 days) plus the option to work additional 2.5 days per week providing disability services (Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Behaviour Support or Support Coordination) to the community if you would prefer full time hours
- **TRP $100k - $125K (depending on qualifications and experience) **+ Salary Packaging**

**About the role**

As a Team leader across the North Coast based out of our Lismore Hub, your key focus areas will be:

- Clear and focused leadership of your **multi-disciplinary team** of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Support Coordinators
- Leadership in NDIS compliance matters as directed by your manager & internal stakeholders
- You will be an integral part of our Area Management Team, with full support of your manager and peers to guide you.

**Skills and Experience**

Ideally you will be a Team Leader with:

- Track record of improving client outcomes in disability services and desire to provide high quality services to clients directly
- The ability to build and manage the performance of an engaged, high performing multi-disciplinary team
- Good management skills including troubleshooting, managing multiple deadlines and conflict resolution
- Pragmatic approach to problem solving, decision making and balancing priorities
- Working in a collaborative, cross functional way with teams, peers, and stakeholders to achieve outcomes
