**About the Role**:
Disability & Aged care workers providing holistic care to empower those who have a disability to reach their goals and live independently.

**Requirements**:

- Supporting clients to live an active lifestyle and participate in their community through the delivery of a range of person-centred programs and engagement
- Creative and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds, gender expressions, personalities and culture
- Utilising positive behaviour strategies, person-centred approach & a trauma informed lens
- Assist and support clients with personal, hygiene care, meal preparation, medication management, community access and appointments
- Maintenance of progress notes and good record-keeping
- Sound computer, written and verbal communication skills
- Transferrable skills in providing care and compassion to others
- Have the ability to support others with personal care and domestic duties in a respectful way
