**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITIES**

We are looking for qualified Personal Care Assistants and Support Workers across Melbourne to provide support to our clients in a range of services. We aim to ensure they can continue to live life the way they choose in their local community and offer support services including:

- Providing personal care
- Helping around the home (light cleaning and laundry duties)
- Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
- Transporting clients to appointments and run errands.
- Providing general social support and spending quality team with clients

We have immediate work available all over Melbourne, particularly in the Rosebud, Mount Martha, Brunswick and Digger's Rest communities. Casual or permanent employment is available

**ABOUT YOU**

You have a caring nature and the desire to help others. You have successfully completed a Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support, Home & Community Care or, a Cert IV in Disability.

You are willing to undergo a NDIS workers screen, police check and, have your CPR and first-aid certificate. You are also comfortable with travel between clients & have your own reliable transport and a driver's license.
