We are partnering with one of Australia's leading resources companies, a highly reputable brand within the mining industry to fill a vacancy for an experienced Training Superintendent. This is a contract labour hire role for an initial period of 6 month working a flexible FIFO roster from Perth to the Goldfields region. The purpose of this role is to manage delivery of consistent, compliant, high quality training across the all sites under your purview.

About the role:

- Manage delivery of consistent, compliant, high quality training across the all sites
- Optimise site training compliance by monitoring training needs, forecasting and allocating work and resources to deliver training courses.
- Deliver quality competency system administration and records management.
- Deliver training as a part of site training calendar.
