**About the roles**:
An opportunity exists for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join a respected and highly successful and awarded building business based in the CBD. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be managing customer accounts, reconciling accounts and completing full function Accounts Receivable duties. It would be preferable if there was an intermediate level of excel experience.

This is a 3 month temporary role with the views to become permanent.

**The responsibilities**:

- Billings and follow up receipts
- Collection & cash flow management
- Reconciliations
- Allocation of payment
- Assisting with some month end tasks and reporting
- Internal stakeholder management

**The successful applicant**:

- Have 2 or 3 years experience in an Accounts Receivable position.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Be professional and ethical.
- Previous experience within Accounts Payable is an advantage.
