We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team at Balanced for Life in Windsor
- Permanent part-time
- This role will be approximately 4-16 hrs per week

**Duties**:
Basic reception duties
- answering calls
- manage appointment
- greeting clients
- managing correspondences and data entry
- processing payments
- helping manage patient
- keeping the space tidy

Administration support

Organising scheduling for practitioners

Office administration/stationery and other supplies

General Office maintenance duties

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.82 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
