**2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE**

**SATURDAY CASUAL**
- Saturday position 5.5 hours per week.
- Assist customers in the Showroom to showcase our extensive product range and help them choose the right combination of tiles to create their perfect pool/backyard area.
- Complete and process customer orders
- Liaise with the Warehouse & Production teams on stock and order fulfilment.
- Build and maintain on going relationships with our clients.

**CASUAL 20- 30 HOURS**
- Casual hours between 20-30 hours per week must be available on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Assist customers in the Showroom to showcase our extensive product range and help them choose the right combination of tiles to create their perfect pool/backyard area.
- Complete and process customer orders
- Liaise with the Warehouse & Production teams on stock and order fulfilment. Build and maintain on going relationships with our clients.

**ABOUT YOU**

**The Person**:
While you do not need to have pool or tile experience, some interest in design or renovation experience would be advantageous. You will also
- Be committed to our Customer Service Philosophy.
- Be a warm people person who naturally builds rapport and exudes confidence.
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Like working as part of a close knit team.
- Enjoy assisting customers to make the right choices for them.
- Have some administration skills and an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Be solutions driven with good time management and problem solving skills.
