- To manage operational and customer service job tasks
- To ensure the smooth management of the operations department
- Dedication to customer satisfaction and total quality control
- Responsibility for Airfreight, Sea Freight and Transport Operations
- Tight operational control to ensure maximum efficiency and profit on shipments
- Lead a successful and positive business workplace
