As the Retail Store Manager, you’ll take a hands-on approach to managing our small team of part-time and casual staff. Your mission will be to ensure our store meets and exceeds sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

**What We’re Looking For**

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- **Retail Experience**: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail management, ideally in the discount or general retail sector.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to motivate, develop, and manage a team to achieve sales and profit goals.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: A proactive approach to addressing challenges independently.
- **Merchandising Expertise**: Experience in stock control and inventory management.
- **Sales Savvy**: A knack for identifying and capitalizing on sales and growth opportunities.
- **Tech Knowledge**: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

- Weekend availability

- Moree, NSW 2400: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
