Multiple award-winning residential & commercial construction company based in Melbourne’s inner Northern Suburbs is looking for a Site Foreman to join our growing team.

This full-time position is for a suitably qualified Foreman with experience. Our client base is varied, and this role will require a switched on, reliable team player, who can coordinate our projects through all stages of onsite construction works.

As our Site Forman you will be required to:

- Organize and oversee day-to-day running of a building site.
- Arrange, coordinate and direct trades.
- Run the site program.
- Maintain a tidy site and ensure safety & compliance is adhered to
- QA Management
- Further training & qualifications (looked upon favorably)
- A vision for high-quality outcomes
- Great organizational skills
- Excellent communication and liaising with other team members, contractors, and clients in a professional and respectful way.

**Salary**: $65,760.35 - $146,241.05 per year
