One of our amazing staff is moving interstate, so we are on the hunt for someone to fill the very large gap she is leaving in our team.
- be a self motivated team player with Barista skills and speed (consistent basic latte art during busy periods desirable)
- be trustworthy and reliable. Own vehicle preferred as no train station close by and buses only intermittent.
- be available over 7 day working roster (at least 1 weekend day a must). Opening hours 7.30-4pm
- cooking exp a big bonus, but not essential, we can provide training on the job
- have exceptional customer service skills. Our customers keep us in business, so they are the most important part of this role.
- have minimum 1 year duty manager experience (proven). Once trained you will be responsible for open/close procedures and management of shift and staff at least 1 day/week.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
