Piada Oran Park is looking for a talented and fun Head Barista to lead the coffee side of the business. Breakfast and Lunch service ONLY.

The Role
- We are looking for a Barista with at least 2 years’ experience in a barista role in a busy café that can take on a large amount of volume between café orders and takeaway orders. Fulltime or casual hours available, weekend work also.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overlook opening and closing procedures
- Training & development of staff
- Front of house ordering and stock control
- Assisting management in planning beverages menus.
- Ensuring all staff are completing tasks in a timely, efficient manner.
- Assisting our manager with staff and stock costs

Job Requirements
- Barista skills essential - 2 years experience minimum
- Flair for customer service and maintaining customer relationships with our regulars
- Time management and organisational skills
- Open availability for a rotating roster
- Strong leadership skills and responsibility for your duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oran Park, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
