As the Practice Manager Service Delivery Analysis, you will negotiate, prioritise and manage scheduling for the delivery of multiple, parallel project and operational deliverables to meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes, identifying risks, issues and appropriate mitigation strategies. The Practice Manager is responsible for the consultation and engagement with customers and account managers to scope requested deliverables, articulate requirements for these deliverables and determine time and cost estimates/quotes.

To perform successfully in this role, you must demonstrate a highly developed ability to manage staff and build client focused and effective teams providing high-quality services to clients in line with contemporary human resource management policies, procedures and practices. Other key attributes required for this role include:

- Demonstrated experience in setting the direction for and leading business analysis activities on large scale, complex IM/ICT programs/project(s), preferably in the health care industry.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing, managing and defining business process modelling activities for large scale complex organisations, preferably using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN).
- Demonstrated experience in setting the direction for and leading specialist services on large scale, complex IM/ICT programs/project(s), preferably in the health care industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and external technology vendors in order to partner with them in delivering the required ICT outcomes
- Strong client focus with proven skills to prioritise, organise and implement resource and work schedules to meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes.
- Conceptual and analytical skills and the ability to respond to client business requirements.
- Demonstrated understanding of how to integrate information technology with business processes and people.
- Demonstrated highly developed ability to manage staff and build client focused and effective teams providing high-quality services to clients in line with contemporary human resource management policies, procedures and practices.
- Proven excellent negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in complex program/ project environment.
