**The role**:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing authoritative and influential advice to the Project Managers, Project team members and other stakeholders on testing governance and reporting, identification of risks and opportunities, change management and issue mitigation strategies. You will also be responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of the test strategy and approach framework, ensuring quality and assurance standards and alignment to the strategic direction of the branch.

Are you right for this role?
To be successful in the role, you will have the demonstrated experience in the definition, management and planning of all testing activities within a large, complex IM/ICT Branch and/or Program. (SFIA Skill: TEST: Level 6). You will also have demonstrated experience in the management of all phases of testing, including plans, resources, costs, timescales, test deliverables and auditability for large, complex IM/ICT program/project(s). (SFIA Skill: TEST: Level 6).

In addition to this, you will have demonstrated stakeholder relationship management skills, including the ability to initiate relationships and influence key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of required IM/ICT outcomes. (SFIA Skill: RLMT: Level 6)
