**The Role**

In the role of Food & Beverage coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth adminstratioin of the Food & Beverage Office to the standards required.

**Day to Day**
- To accurately and promptly distribute and handle all in-coming mails, memos and internal correspondence
- To ensure the upkeep and security of all Food and Beverage files.
- To be responsible for the typing, filing and up keeping of all private and confidential matters related to the department.
- Word processing of menus, place cards and running sheets for client functions when required.
- Co-ordination of distribution of Purchase Request forms
- Ensure deposits and invoices are received in line with Hyatt's policies

**What we are looking for?**
- A genuine interest and passion for providing customer service
- Basic Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office
- Previous experience within a five-star hotel
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationship with internal and external customer
- **MUST** have an unrestricted working visa for Australia.
