Equus Vets is a progressive veterinary practice servicing the equine community in the Barossa, Adelaide Hills and Gawler regions. In the 4 years since opening, we have built a strong reputation for exceptional service and care. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Customer Services Manager to help maintain the high level of animal and client service we are known for.

The successful applicant will have:

- strong customer service, interpersonal and phone skills
- excellent problem solving
- good initiative
- the ability to think ahead and on their feet

Job responsibilities are associated with receptionist and administrative duties and include, but are not limited to:

- Answering the phones
- Create consultation bookings with Ezyvet software
- Greeting clients and patients
- Ensure that appointments are booked to enable the practice to run smoothly and to its highest potential
- Process payments
- Opportunity to help with patients and hospital management.

Equine or veterinary industry experience would be beneficial however we are looking to hire the right person based on their attitude and enthusiasm for the role, so if you think this sounds like you, then please apply

The position will be full time based at our hospital in Mount Pleasant. An above award salary is available with continued training and supported continuing education.

**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $66,505.44 per year
