Now Hiring | This Designer Fashion House has a strong global representation - known for their prints and use of bold colours they house a range of products from Ladies RTW to homewares. This is a rare opportunity to join the team as their Flagship Boutique Manager in Pitt St, Sydney.

In this role you will have a clear passion and understanding of the customer base, aesthetic and driving a retail business - this is the ideal role for someone looking for a Flagship role where you will lead operations in Sydney. You will lead a small team, be entrepreneurial in nature, able to work independently and understand how to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time role with some weekend work required but with some autonomy over rostering to allow for work/life balance. With huge growth potential, this is an amazing opportunity

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop a team across both locations
- Drive sales to hit daily store targets and KPI’S
- Build, nurture and maintain a VIP database - driving proactive engagement and communicating when new styles arrive in store
- Daily management of stock to minimise stock loss and maximise sales
- Implement brand visual merchandising strategies
- Maintain and manage all operational responsibilities
- Lead, develop, motivate, support and succession plan your team in a dynamic and inspirational manner
- Manage and ensure stock levels are at an optimum level to maximize sales
- Ensure the presentation and visual standards are met in accordance with brand expectations
- Manage rostering in line with budgets

The successful talent might have a background similar to this:

- Premium customer service background
- CRM and VIP building experience
- Stock management experience
- Strong leadership and team building expertise
- Strong understanding of store costs, headcount costs and rostering
- Significant management experience in a retail environment
- Proven experience overseeing the daily operations of a retail store ensuring optimum efficiency, productivity and performance to budgets.
