**POSITION**

An Account Management & Business Development position has now become available due to company growth.
- Consulting with Civil Contractors, Access Hire Companies, Engineers, Consultants and key members of local council & Government
- Cultivating new and building upon existing relationships within that space
- This will be done with onsite demonstrations on contruction sites, engineering offices and council offices
- Manage the entire sale process whilst being supported by internal sales & estimation support
- Growing existing accounts & bringing new ones on-board across the Brisbane & SE QLD region
- Monthly & quarterly pipeline sales cycles
- Working with flexibly & autonomously

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:

- Proven track record of sales in the Construction Industry of **ANY** nature eg: Access/Generator Hire, Steel, Equipment Hire, Safety etc
- This has to be directly to Civil Contractors with those relationships to leverage upon
- Ability to work engage key stakeholders in a professional manner
- Versatility within your sales approach and the experience with selling on active Construction Sites
- High presentation, attention to detail, well-spoken and sales hunter mentality
