Key Responsibilities:
Safety and Compliance:

- Foster a safety culture and ensure adherence to HSE policies and procedures.
- Investigate manufacturing deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare risk assessments and permits to work, mitigating operational risks.
- Maintain up-to-date work instructions and documentation aligned with safety practices.

Quality:

- Cultivate a quality-focused culture to achieve reliable manufacturing operations.
- Drive Right First Time (RFT) metric to ensure high-quality products.
- Investigate quality hazards and deviations, implementing effective CAPA plans.
- Maintain up-to-date work instructions and documentation aligned with quality practices.

Delivery:

- Lead the execution of the Plant Production Plan to ensure timely delivery.
- Mitigate supply disruptions resulting from manufacturing deviations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business continuity.
- Set and execute CAPA plans to improve predictable delivery performance.

Productivity:

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leading initiatives such as 5S and setup time reduction.
- Support and participate in productivity improvements related to capacity and throughput.
- Encourage idea creation and lead root cause analyses for process enhancements.
- Maintain up-to-date work instructions and documentation representing approved processes.

People:

- Provide coaching and support to plant personnel, promoting high-performance culture.
- Govern agile goals and individual development plans for employees.
- Collaborate on succession planning and talent development.
- Recruit and resource plants within budget, managing permanent and casual staff.

Continuous Improvement:

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, initiating and executing improvement projects.
- Lead change management processes and prioritize improvement initiatives.
- Focus on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity enhancements.

**_ Does this sound like you?_**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience leading and supervising manufacturing teams.
- Demonstrated effective leadership and planning skills.
- Strong communication skills at all levels.
- Formal supervision training and skills.
- Experience with PLC and DCS operational control systems preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (production execution levels preferred).
- Ability to meet inherent physical requirements of the position.
