**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- **Full Time Ongoing**
- **Band 6A Salary: $ $88,767.63 per annum + 10.5% superannuation**
- **RDO available**

An exciting opportunity exists within the Local Laws Team for an experienced and motivated individual to contribute to the delivery of the effective operations of Local Laws and undertake prosecutions on behalf of Council. You will be involved in developing and maintaining a prosecution framework and will also be responsible for developing a suite of procedures, processes and guidelines to support this framework, including the development of a standardised brief package.

**ABOUT YOU**:
To be successful you will have extensive experience working in Local Government or a relevant government body and have proven experience in enforcement, interpreting and implementing applicable Acts and Regulations. You will have exemplary communication and customer skills, and a real commitment to working in a team environment.

You must have a current Driver’s licence, Working with Children Check and complete satisfactory Police Records Check.
