**About the role**:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will serve as a bridge between our leadership and potential talent, both internal and external, seeking opportunities within BaptistCare. Leveraging your expertise, you'll drive our Talent Acquisition objectives through comprehensive recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational standards. Your collaborative leadership style will empower stakeholders to attract top-tier talent and build strong pipelines, contributing to BaptistCare's mission.

**About you**:

- Seasoned recruiter with demonstrated experience in managing **high-volume, past paced** aged care recruitment is essential
- Motivated team player who is supportive, collaborative and comfortable working to agreed service levels to ensure an effective recruitment process
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Experience using talent management software such as PageUp or equivalent
- Ability to travel to locations across **WA and NSW **from time-to-time
- Understanding and alignment to BaptistCare’s purpose, vision and values
