**The Role**

An exciting opportunity has become available to manage our Fashion Boutique Concession Store located within MYER Geelong. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will:

- Provide excellent service and styling assistance to our customers.
- Excel in your role as a Pilgrim Fashion Ambassador displaying a strong affinity with the Pilgrim brand and its product
- Optimize store performance by delivering strong sales results and managing staff rosters
- Lead by example, train & develop staff to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment that delivers results
- Enjoy delivering a high standard of personal, staff, store, and stock visual presentation.
- Be innovative and provide feedback to management on new ways to improve Pilgrim’s performance.
- Provide good housekeeping and administrative skills.

**Skills and Attributes**

It would be desirable if you had some or all of the following:

- Strong understanding of styling for all body shapes.
- Be customer focused.
- Great time management and an attention to detail.
- Desire to be a Pilgrim Fashion Ambassador and to represent the Brand.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven success in fashion retail.
- Strong operations and administration ability.
- Confident and have good leadership skills with ability to recruit, train and develop a team.
- Proactive and positive attitude with passion, engagement and integrity
