- The role_ - Interpreting parts, processing customer orders, ensuing efficient dispatch of products and parts, promoting specials, arranging buy ins, processing credits and being the first point of contact for our customers both in person and over the phone

**No weekends Operate from your own work station and benefit from our staff discounts.**

**Our Automotive Parts Interpreters**:

- Are committed to providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers
- Provide technical support to our trade and retail customers, in person and over the phone
- Are team players, and work collaboratively to ensure the success of the store
- Are all-rounders, competent in all areas of the warehouse, predominantly in phone sales.

**The successful applicant will**:

- Enjoy building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- Have a drive to learn, and a genuine interest in automotive
- Demonstrate friendly, helpful and confident interpersonal skills
- Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills
- Hold a valid driver’s licence
