Automotive Mechanic

About the role

Rayin Motors is seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team in Pakenham, VIC. This full-time role is responsible for providing high-quality automotive repairs and maintenance services to our valued customers. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running and reliability of our clients' vehicles.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose, repair and maintain a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks and light commercial vehicles
• Carry out routine servicing and inspections to identify and resolve any mechanical issues
• Use your technical expertise to troubleshoot and repair complex automotive problems
• Maintain detailed records of all work carried out and parts used
• Ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer service at all times
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our workshop processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or a related trade
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a qualified Automotive Mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Good communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with customers
• A safety-conscious approach and commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
