- Background in the mining industry with a strong understanding of its dynamics - Particularly in Blue collar positions / Labour Hire
- Excellent communication skills and a positive team-oriented mindset
- Long-term motivation to grow within the recruitment field
- Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to coach and mentor staff and help them also achieve their career goals
