ADMATIC is a digital full service indepdenent media agency with the objective of understanding and engaging existing, and potential customers through a singular view of their interaction, with media which in turn drives our client’s business growth.

The Activations Manager is responsible and accountable for the planning, strategy and execution of all elements of the Activations activity, demonstrating strong platform knowledge, ad operation functions & supplier relationships to deliver best in market media plans, optimization, and analysis.

This role reports into the Activations Director

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assume full accountability in executing and overseeing day-to-day management across all campaigns and supply sources, including daily performance monitoring, identifying and implementing media inventory and data enhancements, issue identification and escalation.
- Able to deliver and manage the day to day duties of ad serving including (campaign implementation, QA, troubleshooting, tracking etc.).
- Leads campaign design, including requirements for success and optimal use of trading platforms to achieve clients' business goals.
- Interface with strategy and planning teams to build strategic campaign plans, communicate service offerings, and identify & deliver new solutions in a collaborative fashion.
- Work with our clients across all aspects of campaign implementation, lead client WIPs and relationships
- Ability to communicate and present campaign performance to clients articulately and with meaningful and actionable insights
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the industry and client business needs.
- Contribute to the strategic growth of ADMATIC through competitive insights and operational / technology-driven efficiencies.
- Develop strong industry relationships, attend key industry events & training for the benefit of our clients and the rest of the agency
- Manage junior members of the activations team, responsible for their career development

**Experiences & qualifications**
- 3-5 years experience in digital media, ad operations or relevant programmatic field.
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills.
- Strong experience with media optimization through a bid management platform such as Business Manager, DSP’s and/or Verification providers
- Proficient in tagging & tracking through campaign manager and Google Analytics
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, data analysis, and adaptable to new technologies.
- Effective time management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done.
- Excellent listening, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
