**About the role**

AO Acess Health Care Service Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Support Worker** to join our team. This is a **casual** role that provides essential care and support to our clients with disabilities.

**What you'll be doing**
- Providing companionship and social interaction to promote the overall well-being of our clients
- Collaborating with the care team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Following individualised care plans and documenting client progress
- Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and quality standards

**What we're looking for**
- A Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
- A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of our clients
- NDIS worker Screening check
- 100 Points ID and an Australian working rights certificate
- Working With Children Check
- Police check
- A current driver's licence and access to reliable transportation

**Job Types**: Casual, Internship

Pay: $32.50 - $40.47 per hour

Work Location: In person
