**About the Role**

In this role, you will work as an integral member of our team and ensure safe surgical outcomes are achieved, in line with the core values and strategic direction of the department, Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.

**_ Duties and responsibilities will involve, but are not limited to;_**
- Provides technical and clinical support to the Anaesthetist during induction, maintenance and emergence from anaesthesia.
- Respond to unexpected outcomes and uses problem solving skills to respond to emergencies in the Perioperative department.
- Compliance with all legislative requirements in the work place including occupational safety and health acts and workers’ compensation.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Strong clinical skillset
- A **minimum of two (2)** years hospital experience as an Anaesthetic Technician
- Diploma of Anaesthetic Technology (or similar) qualification as an Anaesthetic Technician.

**About the Hospital**

Glengarry Private Hospital, located 15 km north of Perth’s CBD, has been a leading provider of specialist healthcare to the communities in Perth’s northern suburbs since 1977. We are a 110 beds hospital with a 17-bed day surgery unit and 4 operating theatres.

**Requirements**:

- _Must provide a _**National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases.
