**Job description**

Transcend Workforce is seeking experienced Gantry Crane Loaders to join a leading steel manufacturing and reinforcement workshop based in Dandenong.

**$44.44 per hour | Monday to Friday | 5:00am - 1:30pm**

**About The Role**:
We have a long-term position available in Dandenong. The role involves loading and unloading off-cut steel and coils using an Overhead Gantry Crane and forklift.

**_Experience in a heavy manufacturing background is essential._**

**Tasks within this role include**:

- Steel machine operating
- Loading and unloading steel with a gantry crane
- Reporting to the day shift supervisor
- Following WHS policies
- Working in a fast-paced environment

**About you**: To be suitable for this role we require the following:

- **_Experience working in a steel or metal environment_**:

- **_Gantry Crane experience_**:

- Clear communicator
- A willingness to learn on the job
- Willing to undergo a comprehensive medical assessment
- Physically ability to work on your feet
