Success Tutoring is an English and Math tutoring centre that offers support to students in primary and secondary levels. We have centres Australia wide and are leaders in English and Math education.

**The opportunity**

We are looking for an assistant manager to join our team at the Liverpool Campus, oversee centre operations, work with students and parents and manage a team of tutors. This person should be entrepreneurial and portray the importance of great rcustomer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Day-to-day operations and manage all aspects of the centre
- Screen, hire, train, motivate and develop tutors for maximum student engagement and efficiency
- Manage a team of tutors to deliver personlised lessons
- Successfully sell the Success Tutoring program, build relationships with parents, and achieve optimal customer satisfaction
- Administer Success Tutoring curriculum through the student assessment and diagnosis, development of learning plans and documentation of progress

**Requirements**:

- Strong English and Math skills through K-10 levels
- Strong sales and marketing experience
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and interacting with students and parents
- Teaching or tutoring experience is desirable
- Culturally sensitive and multilingual

**Salary**: $43,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
