We are looking to hire **a case manager **to join our team. You will receive in-house training to ensure you fully understand the legal requirements, as well as practical advice to have the ability to efficiently deal with employer-sponsored visas & partner visas.

**About you**:

- **Excellent verbal & written communication** skills in English
- **Ideally fluent in French** (as half of our clientele is from French-speaking countries)
- **Proficiency with Microsoft Office** (esp. word, excel, Teams, ) and technology adaptability (as we use a Migration Managers to record File Notes)
- Previous experience as a migration case manager would be highly regarded
- Good understanding of Australian accounting rules would be highly regarded

- Self-starter who can work independently, as well as follow pre-established processes

**Position includes**:

- Liaising with clients & conducting pre-assessment of the documents received
- Preparation of contract, deposit request/receipt/ statement of services in line with the Code of Conduct requirements
- Liaising with skills assessing authorities (TRA, VETASSESS, ACS, EA) and connex services (RPL providers, translators,)
- Keeping up to date with policy, regulation, and industry changes

**Other information**:
Remuneration will include **salary**(based on experience) + **commissions** & **quarterly performance bonus**
