**23rd August, 2024**:
**About BankVic**:
We are the small bank of big opportunity.

We exist to serve those who protect and serve our community. Founded 50 years ago by Victoria Police officers, we have since grown to over 120,000 members from the police, health, and emergency services. Because we’re small, we each have a greater impact. We challenge ourselves to try new things. We aren’t afraid to own our mistakes, or call something out.

As a certified B Corporation, we are committed transparency, accountability, and working in the best interest of our members, community and each other. Being a small bank also means you can get involved in a broad range of work and gain exposure to parts of the organisation outside of your own team.

If you’re seeking to make a difference and find purpose in your work, it’s time to join us at BankVic.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Treasurer, you will be responsible for managing BankVic’s liquidity, funding, market risk, securitisation, and balance sheet in compliance with prudential & policy requirements and our Risk Appetite Statement. **Other responsibilities**:

- Manage securitisation, including monthly trust cashflows, regulatory and rating agency reporting.
- Develop and execute liquid asset investment, wholesale funding and interest rate risk management strategies.
- Provide recommendations, insight or rationale to the Treasurer and CFO.
- Formulate and execute investment strategies that align with the organisation’s financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Analyse and recommend investment opportunities.
- Manage relationships with ADIs, investors, brokers, and credit rating agencies.
- Interstate travel may be required to meet with external stakeholders.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills to manage multiple priorities and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Great analytical skills and strong aptitude for solving problems.
