**Job Summary**: We are seeking up to 3 proactive and dynamic In-store Merchandiser & Training representatives to join our team in Victoria

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the brands we represent and increasing brand awareness by engaging directly with Store Managers and Franchisees. Your primary focus will be merchandising the products in line with brand guidelines and training store staff on the features and benefits of the brands as well as confirming the stores have stock to sell.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Regularly visit stores, in line with agreed call schedules, to audit Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) placement and maintain a consistent brand presence across all locations.
- Be passionate about the products we represent through leaning about their features and benefits
- Build trust with Store Managers and staff in our products so they also want to promote our brands.
- Educate and train store staff on product knowledge to enhance their ability to represent the brand effectively
- Coordinate the setup of POSM in full compliance with brand guidelines and retailer agreements

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent training and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to various store locations as needed.
- Valid drivers license.
- Proven experience in brand management, retail marketing, or a related field desirable but not essential, training will be provided.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in the following industries: Retail, Electrical Stores, Grocery, etc.
- Experience with visual merchandising and in-store training.
- Experience in hospitality, leisure or other customer focused industries

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
