Excellent Customer Experience Specialist Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Select Team as an In-Store Visual Merchandiser.

As an ambassador for our business, you'll build strong relationships with Bunnings teams and customers, delivering exceptional in-store experiences across Melbourne.

Your focus will be on developing and maintaining key customer relationships, ordering and merchandising products, and ensuring visual displays meet service level agreements.

You'll work closely with sales teams to support in-store strategies and provide outstanding shopping experiences for consumers. This role offers opportunities to travel between stores, work with a diverse team, and understand marketing fundamentals from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining key customer relationships
  • Ordering, merchandising, and stock presentation
  • Maintaining in-store displays
  • Ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly
  • Assisting with major planogram initiatives

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a valid driver's license.
