**Responsibilities**:
You are a #pro at time management, and find it easy achieving your tasks during the rostered hours, such as:

- Providing administrative support in areas including scheduling calendars, and travel; contact lists; Meeting and event preparation; presentations; reporting and Store Incentive communications.
- Support with APAC store communications within the CX communication calendar briefing tool.
- Create engaging store communications utilizing MS Office, Canva and SharePoint
- Collaborates with others in the development of initiatives including store directives and training materials.
- Support the Central CX Team in coordinating the logístical management of major APAC events (Kick Off, DM Meetings, Holiday Incentives, SuCXess Summit) and additional projects as directed/
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key internal clients including the product, marketing, HR and Finance teams in our APAC office locations.
- ** All duties inclusive of the Assistant Store Manager position.**

Qualifications:
In addition, you will need to demonstrate the following skillset:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Marketing / Sales skills
- Intermediate proficiency in relevant computer technology including proficiency in designing and compiling documents / pamphlets - MS Office suite, Canva
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects at once in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines and with own initiative
