**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Delivering technically sound, high-energy BFT sessions with presence and professionalism.
- Engaging with members across all walks of life, on the floor and beyond.
- Supporting your team with initiative, ownership, and humility.
- Leading by example in your own training, prep, and attitude.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience in group fitness, personal training, or strength & conditioning
- Outstanding communication skills. Not just confidence, but clarity and care.
- A proactive, team-first attitude (no egos here).
- Certification III & IV in Fitness (required).
- Current First Aid + CPR.
