**The Opportunity**:
Empower our clients by imparting your knowledge and ability to understand and communicate big picture solutions. As the first point of contact for WiseTech Global you’ll be part of our global client services operation, responsible for the on-boarding & migration of clients onto our world leading software solution, CargoWise One.

You’ll play the role of educator, detective and company ambassador on a daily basis and challenge our clients to think and learn in order to serve them well beyond their initial enquiry, ensuring new customer system configurations are functional and complete.

- Evidence of software implementation skills
- Experience in process design, system configuration, testing, training and issues resolution

We are a technology company who services the logistics industry, so experience in either field would be beneficial; however, we wouldn’t be a world-leader if we couldn’t upskill you in this regard.
