**The Opportunity**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced **Sales Specialist (Acute Care)** to join our passionate, highly driven and successful sales team.

The primary focus of the role is to actively anticipate and exceed the needs of your customers and clients by offering them the best solutions, impacting both health and financial outcomes.

By providing recommendations and education on Arjo’s portfolio of solutions, you will contribute to improving the quality of life for residents, patients, and caregivers.

**We are looking for a person to**:

- Proactively hunt for new business and actively engage with key opinion leaders throughout the hospitals and health services within the nominated territory of Western Sydney and Central Western NSW;
- Lead the conversation with key facility stakeholders in order to identify, grow, develop and maintain key customer relationships;
- Target new high-growth markets for new products;
- Develop and execute a strategic plan and tactics for new products;
- Explore new frontiers by identifying new revenue streams for existing product lines and lead annual market analysis by intelligence gathering on customers and competitors;
- Grow, maintain, manage and retain existing rental and consumable accounts.

**The skills you will need**:

- Minimum of 3 years of medical sales or similar experience selling direct into the hospitals and the Acute Care sector;
- Tertiary qualifications in a healthcare discipline (Physio, OT or nursing background preferred but not essential).
- Growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Excellent consultative selling and active listening abilities.
- Passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- Proven sales record and ability to meet quotas.
- A high level of confidence, persistence and comfort in the Acute Care setting, including executives within facilities;
- Local knowledge of the hospitals and the Acute Care market and established relationships with current and potential customers;
- Strong organisational, time management and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with a CRM system (Desirable: Salesforce).
- Full vaccination against COVID-19 required for this role.
