We are currently seeking a talented and committed
**Instore Visual Merchandiser** to join the team in overseeing the visual standards in our beautiful
**Chadstone Store **on a 12 month contract
**.** Reporting to the Store Manager and State Visual Merchandising Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of merchandising presentation is upheld in our store.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Applying/interpreting and implementing the Instore VM Guideline in our store
- In conjunction with the Store Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales
- Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards
- Assisting the Windows Team with installing the Window & Instore VM Concepts
- **Position is a 12 Month Fixed-term contract**

**ABOUT YOU**:

- ESSENTIAL: Have a minimum of 2 years visual merchandising experience within the retail industry
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Visual Merchandising (preferred)
- Possess excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Have a passion for merchandising and for attention to detail
