We are currently seeking a talented and committed
**Instore Visual Merchandiser** to join the team at our Flagship store in Chadstone
**.**

Reporting to the National Visual Merchandising Manager and working alongside the VIC State Manager, the position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of presentation is thoroughly and consistently applied across our concept stores and concession pads.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Implementing the fortnightly In-store Merchandising Directives
- Installing the fortnightly Window Concepts
- Maintaining Store Presentation Standards
- In conjunction with the National VM Manager, State Manager and Store Managers, identifying and actioning VM opportunities within individual Stores
- Documenting & supplying completed work to the National VM Team for review & feedback
- Assisting in training the Store Teams across VM & Store Presentation Standards
- Attending local new Store Openings & Store Review/Audit visits

**ALL ABOUT YOU**:

- Have experience in a similar Visual Merchandising role with a fashion retailer
- Be practiced in the above Key Responsibilities of this role, and be able to provide folio documentation and supporting material to validate your experience
- Possess good organizational, time management & communication skills
- Have a passion for attention to detail & an innate drive to achieve the best
- Be clear and confident in all communication with head office and store teams
