As an HR Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of the transformation and collaborating closely with senior leaders, you will play a pivotal role in implementing the new organisational structure for the finance team. Reporting to the HR Project lead, your expertise will ensure a seamless transition for their valued employees during this period of change.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the HR Project Lead to execute the implementation of the new structure and assist develop and refine new role descriptions aligned with the new objectives. You will facilitate the rollout of new role descriptions, guiding line managers on effective communication and internal transitions. You will promote growth opportunities for existing employees and provide advice to managers to enhance the conversations related to the transformation. You will adapt existing roles to fit the new structure, ensuring alignment and effectiveness.
To secure this contract role, you will have proven experience as an HRBP and have worked with change and restructures. You will use your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to guide managers and employees through the transformation process. You will have worked with HR change projects and be able to multitask.
